Ready-to-Wear Items

We accept returns on all unworn, unaltered ready-to-wear items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned with all original tags attached.

Custom & Bespoke Garments

Because custom garments are made specifically for you, we cannot accept full returns. However, we stand by our Perfect Fit Guarantee:

• First: If the fit isn't perfect, we will cover up to $75 in local alteration costs.
• Second: If it cannot be altered, we will remake the garment for free.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders".
2. Select the item you wish to return and click "Request Return".
3. Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email.
4. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping center.
